Who we share it with

We give our service providers only what they need to do their job:

  • Printing and delivery: our printers, Lulu Press (United States) and Bookvault (United Kingdom), and the carriers receive your name, shipping address and phone number.
  • Payment: WooPayments (operated with Stripe) and PayPal process your payment.
  • Newsletter: systeme.io stores your email address and sends our messages.
  • Statistics: Jetpack and WooCommerce Analytics (Automattic) measure traffic on the site.
  • Advertising: we may use measurement tools from Reddit and Meta to know whether our ads lead to visits or purchases.
  • Hosting and display of the site: our web host, the bunny.net content delivery network and Google Fonts receive your IP address in order to show you the pages.

We may also disclose information when the law requires us to.

Transfers outside Quebec

Several of these providers are located outside Quebec, in particular in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Your information may therefore be stored or processed there, and be subject to the laws of those countries.

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to your information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure: if an incident created a serious risk for you, we would inform you, as well as the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

At any time, you can:

  • ask what information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
